Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 75bd7 platform, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support facilities accessible at 75bd7.vip. By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing any part of the 75bd7 platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 75bd7 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 75bd7 recommends that all members review these Terms periodically.

1Eligibility and Registration Requirements

Access to and use of the 75bd7 platform is conditional upon meeting the following eligibility criteria. All criteria must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of age is required as part of the KYC verification process and must be submitted before any withdrawal is processed.
• You must be a natural person — corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities are not eligible to hold a 75bd7 member account.
• You must register using your own accurate personal details. Registration under a false name, with a third party's mobile number, or with fabricated identification constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be a current or former 75bd7 employee, contractor, affiliate partner, or an immediate family member of any such person. Employees and affiliates are not eligible to hold player accounts or claim bonuses.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list that you have submitted to 75bd7 or through any responsible gaming programme. Self-excluded individuals attempting to re-register will have their accounts permanently closed.

2Account Registration and Security

Each eligible individual may register one account with 75bd7. The registration process requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a secure password, and accurate personal information. 75bd7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password, PIN, or OTP with any third party, including anyone claiming to represent 75bd7 support via WhatsApp, Telegram, or phone.
• 75bd7 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to 75bd7 support immediately.
• Each mobile number may be associated with only one 75bd7 account. Attempting to register multiple accounts using the same mobile number or identity documents will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended.
• You must notify 75bd7 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 75bd7 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily freezing the account pending investigation.
• Account information, including the registered mobile number and personal details, may only be updated via the official 75bd7 account settings interface after completing the applicable identity verification step.

75bd7 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time, including requests for government-issued identification, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until the verification is completed.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

75bd7 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 75bd7 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in the same name as the 75bd7 account holder.

The following transaction conditions apply across all payment methods on the 75bd7 platform:

• All deposit and withdrawal transactions are logged and may be reviewed as part of 75bd7's ongoing anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering compliance procedures.
• 75bd7 reserves the right to hold any withdrawal pending additional source-of-funds verification if the transaction volume or pattern triggers an internal compliance review.
• Deposits that cannot be matched to a registered 75bd7 account within 24 hours of receipt will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any applicable third-party transfer fees.
• 75bd7 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, network outages, or scheduled maintenance windows outside 75bd7's direct control. In such cases, 75bd7 will communicate expected resolution timelines via official support channels.

4Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

75bd7 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and any additional conditions stated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between a general bonus term and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

• A bonus may only be claimed once per eligible member unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts or shared payment methods constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms at the time of opt-in.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

5Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on the 75bd7 platform are subject to the following general betting rules. Game-specific rules are available within each game or betting market interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 75bd7 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases where a technical error caused the bet to be placed incorrectly, which will be investigated on a case-by-case basis.
• In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or platform error that affects the outcome or recording of a bet or game round, 75bd7 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the member's account balance.

Sports betting markets may be suspended or results declared void where the relevant sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or where the integrity of the event is called into question by the sport's governing body. In such cases, stakes will be returned in full to the member's account balance.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 75bd7 platform. Any member found to have engaged in prohibited activity will have their account immediately suspended and may have winnings voided and funds withheld pending investigation.

• Opening or operating more than one 75bd7 account, including accounts registered under different names or mobile numbers by the same individual.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or any automated system to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform features in a manner not intended for human players.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering, or using the 75bd7 platform as a mechanism for any financial crime.
• Exploiting any software bug, platform error, or pricing anomaly to gain an unfair financial advantage. Members who identify a bug or error are required to report it to 75bd7 support immediately and not to exploit it.
• Colluding with other players, platform staff, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, share information unfairly in live poker or card games, or otherwise gain an advantage not available to other players.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing abusive, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise harmful content through any communication channel provided by or associated with the 75bd7 platform, including live game chat.

7Account Suspension and Termination

75bd7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the circumstances described below. Members wishing to close their own account may do so by contacting 75bd7 support via the official contact channel.

• 75bd7 may suspend an account immediately and without prior notice where there is a reasonable suspicion of prohibited activity, fraud, money laundering, or where a law enforcement authority requests account restriction.
• 75bd7 may terminate an account with notice where a member has breached these Terms, where continued operation of the account is no longer commercially viable, or where 75bd7 withdraws from providing services in a particular market.
• Upon termination of an account for reasons other than prohibited activity, any remaining verified balance (net of voided bonus amounts) will be returned to the member's registered payment method within 10 business days.
• A member may request voluntary self-exclusion at any time via the account dashboard or by contacting 75bd7 support. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and the account will not be reopened for the duration of the self-exclusion period selected by the member.

8Responsible Gaming

75bd7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow members to manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all members at no cost and take effect immediately when activated.

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that restrict the total amount a member can deposit within the selected period. Limits can be reduced immediately but increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders — optional alerts that notify a member when they have been continuously logged in and playing for a specified duration, helping to manage time spent on the platform.
• Temporary time-out — a short-term break from the platform ranging from 24 hours to 30 days, during which the member cannot log in, deposit, or bet. The time-out cannot be cancelled before the selected period expires.
• Permanent self-exclusion — an indefinite closure of the account at the member's request. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed, and 75bd7 will not accept a re-registration attempt from a permanently self-excluded individual.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the 75bd7 platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, user interface design, text, logos, trade marks, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of 75bd7 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of 75bd7.

By using the 75bd7 platform, you acknowledge that no intellectual property rights are transferred to you by virtue of your membership. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 75bd7, its directors, employees, and third-party service providers shall not be liable for the following categories of loss or damage arising from your use of the platform:

• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even where 75bd7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information or odds displayed on the platform that contain typographical errors, technical errors, or pricing anomalies that 75bd7 can demonstrate were the result of a genuine technical fault.
• Losses caused by events outside 75bd7's reasonable control, including natural disasters, regulatory changes, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.

11Privacy and Data Protection

12Amendments to These Terms

75bd7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material, 75bd7 will provide notice via the platform or by email to the registered contact address at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect. Non-material amendments (such as formatting corrections or clarifications that do not change the substantive rights or obligations of either party) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the 75bd7 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting 75bd7 support.

13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
